Changhyeon Kim is a postdoctoral scholar at the Kubota lab at the Ohio State University. He received his PhD at the University of Georgia. His research interests include whole plant physiology, crop growth modeling, and image-based phenotyping in controlled environment agriculture. On behalf of the ADVANCEA project, he will characterize light interception by tomatoes in high-wire tomato production to establish an efficient basal-leaf pruning strategy based on physiological evidence.
